Custom castings are inspected and precision machined at our manufacturing facilities. High quality parts finishing and assembly with industry leading components assure customer satisfaction.
Testing
All Pioneer products go through rigorous inspection and testing processes.
Each shipment of finished components is tested and tagged verifying that they reach Pioneer standards of quality. Highly trained Quality Control teams begin with visual and hands on inspections before assembly begins. Sub-standard parts are identified and rejected by our team of qualified inspection professionals. From salt spray machines that duplicate the harshest environmental conditions, pressure immersion testing, and prolonged life cycle testing of mechanical parts, Pioneer goes the extra mile to assure you trouble free products.
Design
The Pioneer family of faucets began with what is now labeled as our Builder Series. These reliable products have proved to be a worthy foundation for the series that followed. Due to the success of the Deco series and the demand for additional decorative products from our customers, we launched the Estate Collection. This collection is comprised of our Brentwood, Vellano and most recent, Motegi series of fine quality faucets and accessories. All of these designs are available in our Renaissance Collection of fine finishes, which include Chrome, Polished Brass, Polished Nickel, Brushed Nickel, and our proprietary signature finish, Tuscany Bronze.
